If you are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with autism, Child Behavior Center is hiring multiple candidates for Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA's) to join our team!

​

We are looking for a BCaBA to be qualified for the following responsibilities:

​

  • Provide direct care and treatment of children with various of disabilities across multiple environments

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintaining necessary documentation requirements as per company policy.

  • Ensure ongoing delivery of quality services by providing parent training.

  • Deliver training, supervision, oversight, and manage Registered Behavior Technicians and BCaBA's

  • Collaborate with certified staff and other clinicians.

  • Manage case load and report to leadership and administration as needed.

 

Minimum professional qualifications to apply for this position are listed below:

​

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field 

  • BCaBA certification

  • Experience supervising RBT's.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Experience writing applied behavior analytic programs, analyzing graphs, and graphing data.

  • Bilingual; Spanish Speaking (preferred but not required)
